Η παρούσα μελέτη αφορά την απαιτούμενη συντήρηση των σχολικών μονάδων όλων των εκπαιδευτικών βαθμίδων της Δ.Ε. Καλλιθέας για το έτος 2026. Η συντήρηση τους απαιτείται προκειμένου να εξασφαλίζεται η ελάχιστη δυνατή ασφάλεια των μαθητών και των διδασκόντων. Η συνήθης χρήση αλλά και η παλαιότητα κατασκευής των κτιρίων έχει ως αποτέλεσμα την εμφάνιση φθορών στους χώρους των Σχολείων.
