Σύνταξη μελέτης δυναμικότητας για το Δημοτικό Σφαγείο Γαλάτιστας.Η μελέτη δυναμικότητας δείχνει στην Κτηνιατρική Υπηρεσία τη μέγιστη παραγωγική ικανότητα του σφαγείου, αποδεικνύοντας με ακριβείς αριθμούς πόσα ζώα μπορεί να διαχειριστεί ανά ώρα και ανά ημέρα, ενώ επιβεβαιώνει ότι οι χώροι αναμονής και τα ψυγεία «αντέχουν» αυτόν τον όγκο χωρίς προβλήματα, καθορίζοντας ουσιαστικά τη νόμιμη δυναμικότη Υπηρεσία προμήθειας, τοποθέτησης και αντικατάστασης των παγίδων σύλληψης τρωκτικών στους χώρους του Δημοτικού Σφαγείου.
