Description

Il progetto EP 01 Mendrisio - Melano prevede il rinnovo completo del tratto autostradale compreso tra Mendrisio Nord (km 8+200) e Val Mara-Melano (km 14+200), secondo quanto stabilito dal Piano di Manutenzione delle Strade Nazionali (UPlaNS). Nel quadro delle attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria, sono stati individuati interventi che richiedono l’avvio di una procedura di pubblicazione, in conformità alle normative vigenti. Tra questi si annoverano la realizzazione di nuovi impianti di trattamento delle acque (SABA), l’ampliamento dei viadotti Lenaccio, l’adeguamento dei ripari fonici, la costruzione di nuovi edifici tecnici e l’allungamento delle bretelle di accesso alle aree di sosta di Segoma. Oggetto del presente mandato sono le fasi progettuali MP/DP, S e MA/B inerenti a tutti gli ambiti tecnici legati al genio civile (T/U compresa la gestione della segnaletica di cantiere, K e T/G). Sono pure comprese attività di accompagnamento della procedura di pubblicazione AP nonché l’Accompagnamento ambientale dei lavori (AAL). Dal presente bando sono invece escluse le attività di progettazione e direzione lavori inerenti all’ambito tecnico BSA, le quali saranno attribuite mediante uno specifico bando di concorso. Il progettista del genio civile avrà in ogni caso il compito di coordinarsi con il progettista BSA. La progettazione e l’esecuzione del progetto (o di parti di esso) avverrà con la metodologia BIM. Le ore previste dal committente comprensive di eventuali prestazioni supplementari da deliberare su richiesta del Committente sono 114’800.
