Il presente appalto concerne le opere di edilizia e del genio civile nell’ambito dei lavori presso le quattro centrali tecniche della galleria del San Bernardino (centrali Nord, Sud, Aria, Sasso), includendo: · Demolizioni e smontaggi di porte, portoni e serramenti, carotaggi · Nuove costruzioni in calcestruzzo armato e in acciaio · Risanamento elementi in calcestruzzo armato · Isolamento termico pareti e rifacimento tetti · Nuovi serramenti, porte e portoni · Opere da pittore Principali forniture: · 60m3 elementi in calcestruzzo armato · 300m2 nuove pareti in muratura e carton gesso · 400m2 nuovo isolamento termico a cappotto in facciata · 9’000m2 opere da pittore interne · 1’500m2 opere da pittore esterne · 2 nuove scale in acciaio, 100m’ nuovi parapetti · 2 nuovi portoni di accesso alle centrali · 65m2 nuovi serramenti in alluminio. I lavori si svolgono prevalentemente di giorno.
