Il presente appalto ha per oggetto la realizzazione degli Impianti di ventilazione per la Nuova officina e deposito Fart SA a Riazzino. Dopo la demolizione degli edifici esistenti verrà edificato un nuovo stabile, posizionato sull’asse nord-sud, caratterizzato da due testate, mentre nella zona centrale si situano i grandi spazi dedicati all’officina e al deposito dei bus. Ad est è prevista inoltre una pensilina adibita al lavaggio e al rifornimento dei bus. Quantitativi principali (dati approssimativi, lista non esaustiva): UTA: 8 pezzi Canali: ca. m 2’150 Griglie e diffusori: ca. 310 pezzi Serrande tagliafuoco: ca. 65 pezzi Regolatori di volume: ca. 60 pezzi Ventilatori RWA; 2 pezzi Condizionatore esp. Diretta: 2 x 3.5 kW
