Description

Trosa kommun söker i samband med denna upphandling ett strategiskt samarbete med en leverantör av bevaknings-, trygghets- och parkeringsövervakningstjänster. Syftet med upphandlingen är att teckna avtal med en etablerad aktör som har god erfarenhet av att leverera dessa tjänster. Leverantören kommer under avtalstiden att verka som en strategisk partner i frågor som rör trygghetsskapande, trafiksäkerhet och parkeringsövervakning.Effekterna som beställaren vill uppnå är en mer kostnadseffektiv lösning för kommunens bevakning och parkeringsövervakning. Vi ska ha ett väl fungerande avtal med goda möjligheter att följa upp och kontrollera leverantörens prestationer. Detta ska leda till en förhöjning av kvaliteten på levererade tjänster, vilket i sin tur leder till ökad trygghet, trafiksäkerhet, framkomlighet och regelefterlevnad för kommuninvånare och besökare. I det totala uppdraget omfattas följande delar:Parkeringsövervakning inklusive fordonsflyttRonderande bevakning med väktare (bil)Omhändertagande av larmOrdningsvakter inom angivet område (delar av året)Störningsjour (TROBO)Beställaren kan under avtalstiden komma att komplettera med andra närliggande tjänster, så som:Extra bevakning enligt ovanstående punkterStationär bevakningPersonskydd
