Trosa kommun bjuder härmed in till att ansöka om deltagande i dynamiskt Inköpssystem, fortsättningsvis DIS, avseende: Bostad med särskild service för vuxen som avses i 9 § 9 LSS (lagen om stöd och service till vissa funktionshindrade) Inrättande av detta dynamiska inköpssystem sker enligt 19 kap. Lag (2016:1145) om offentlig upphandling, vilket innebär vissa anpassningar i förfarandet jämfört med DIS enligt 8 kap. Lag (2016:1145) om offentlig upphandling. I detta DIS kommer inte samtliga kvalificerade boenden att bjudas in till matchningsförfarande. Istället kommer kommunen att använda en så kallad särskild fördelningsnyckel som traditionellt används vid upphandling av ramavtal. Kommunen kommer att kontakta och inleda matchningsförfarande med det boende som bedöms mest lämplig utifrån den enskilde individens förutsättningar och behov enligt ett antal fastslagna parametrar. För det fall det kontaktade boendet inte kan ta emot individen. kommer det boende som bedöms som näst lämpligast att kontaktas. Denna process upprepas tills en matchning kan ske och placeringsavtal tecknas eller tills inga, för individen lämpliga boenden längre finns tillgängliga bland de i DIS:et kvalificerade boendena.
