Ramavtalet omfattar entreprenadbesiktning byggnad. Med entreprenadbesiktning avses uppdrag för att säkerställa att entreprenaden är utförd enligt avtalade handlingar grundade på AB/ABT. Här ingår besiktningar av alla typer av fastigheter som Göteborgs Stad och övriga avropsberättigade beställare förvaltar.
