Ramavtalet omfattar Behandling för medarbetare vid beroende eller missbruk. Verksamheter som bedriver behandling vid beroende eller missbruk, och som lämnar anbud i aktuell ramavtalsupphandling, gör det med tillstånd från Inspektionen för vård och omsorg (IVO). Insatsen ska utgå från Socialstyrelsens nationella riktlinjer för vård och stöd vid missbruk och beroende eller evidens/kunskapsbaserad praktik. Medarbetarens nätverk, vilket kan bestå av familj, vänner och andra för medarbetaren viktiga personer, ska involveras i behandlingen. Ramavtalet är uppdelat i följande delområden: Öppenvård Medarbetare med beroende eller missbruk av alkohol, narkotika eller spel som är i behov av och bedömda lämpliga att genomgå öppenvård. Behandlingshem Medarbetare med beroende eller missbruk av alkohol, narkotika eller spel som är behov av och bedömda lämpliga att genomgå vård på behandlingshem. Området omfattar Öppenvårdsinsatser för medarbetare med beroendeproblematik som påverkar arbetsförmåga, arbetsmiljö eller säkerhet i arbetet och där öppenvård bedöms vara en lämplig insats. Bedömning av lämplig behandlingsform ska göras tillsammans mellan Leverantör, Beställare och medarbetare.; Medarbetare med beroende eller missbruk av alkohol, narkotika eller spel som är behov av och bedömda lämpliga att genomgå vård på behandlingshem.
