Description

Upphandlingen omfattar städning med tillhörande service av lokaler i Nyköpings kommun med en total städyta om ca 105 000 kvm per anbudsområde. Uppdraget avser fullständigt ansvar för regelmässig städning, periodisk städning och extratjänster. Upphandlingen har två anbudsområden, Område 1 och Område 2. Välstädade fastigheter är viktigt för alla som vistas i kommunens lokaler, en välskött inre miljö är kommunens ansikte utåt. Alla barn och unga ska ha möjlighet att vistas i hälsosamma och inspirerande inomhusmiljöer på skola och förskola. Kommunens övergripande målsättning för städverksamheten är därför att aktivt bidra till att skapa detta samt att bibehålla värdet på fastigheterna genom ett väl planerat och genomfört städunderhåll. Entreprenören ansvarar för tillhandahållandet av samtliga redskap, maskiner, kemikalier mm för utförandet av städningen. Lokalspecifikationer och ritningar bifogas i upphandlingsdokumenten.
