Entreprenaden omfattar en Ozon-kolreningsanläggning för rening av dricksvatten. Nyköpings kommun och Oxelösunds kommun har tillsammans ca 56 000 invånare som är beroende av dricksvattnet. Det finns även ett stort sjukhus, vård- och omsorgsinrättningar, industrier och myndighetsutövning som är beroende av att dricksvatten levereras utan avbrott. Därav stor vikt att entreprenaden har rätt förutsättningar för att klara av uppdraget. Kvalificeringen av anbudsgivare och utvärdering av anbud sker i skilda moment. Beställaren kommer att göra en separat bedömning av inkomna anbud för varje frågeställning enligt nedan. Anbudet kommer att tilldelas en andel av maxpoängen för respektive frågeställning utifrån en femgradig skala, om hur kvalicficeringsproscessen går i detalj till hänvisas till upphandlningsdokumenten i sin helhet. Steg 1: I det första steget kontrolleras om anbudsgivaren uppfyller kvalificeringskraven. Efter kvalificering ska Entreprenören boka tid för platsbesök hos Beställaren och få tillgång till information om beställarens förslag till nytt reningssteg. Steg 2: I nästa steg av utvärderingen utvärderas inkomna anbud. Beställaren kommer att göra en separat bedömning av inkomna anbud för varje frågeställning enligt nedan.
