Description

Denna upphandling omfattar totalentreprenad i samverkan avseende planering, kompletterande projektering samt utförande av renovering av byggnaderna på Verkstadsvägen 28, 34, 36 och 38 i Falu kommun. Respektive byggnad utgör en huvuddel. Kopparstaden har nyligen renoverat byggnaderna på Verkstadsvägen 30 och 32 (Etapp 1) samt genomfört projektering för de byggnader som omfattas av denna upphandling. För hus 34 och 36 kommer lättrivning och asbestsanering att vara utförda före entreprenadstart och ingår därför inte i denna entreprenad. Planerad produktionsstart är hösten 2026. Avsikten är att renovera två hus per år med inledande etapp för denna entreprenad omfattande Verkstadsvägen 34 och 36.
