Denna upphandling gäller Talent Management, delarna Rekrytering, Onboarding/Offboarding, Kompetens, Utbildning och lärande och Samtalsstöd. Upphandlande myndighet är Växjö kommun, dess tillhörande bolag och förbund samt Ljungby kommun. En separat upphandling genomförs för HR/Lönesystem delarna Anställningsprocessen, Bemanna och schemalägga, Lön och pensioner inklusive tidsrapportering, Löneöversyn och Rehabilitering (option). Upphandlande myndigheter är Alvesta, Högsby, Lessebo, Ljungby, Markaryd, Tingsryd, Uppvidinge, Växjö samt Älmhults kommun samt tillhörande bolag och förbund.
