Description

Sjukhusbiblioteken i Västerbotten, Skellefteå kommuns bibliotek och V8-biblioteken behöver upphandla ett nytt bibliotekssystem för att kunna bedriva biblioteksverksamhet med bland annat utlån och återlämning av medier. V8-biblioteken och Skellefteå kommuns bibliotek behöver även upphandla en ny webblösning för att kunna fortsätta att ge tillfredställande digital service. Sjukhusbiblioteken i Västerbotten, Skellefteå kommuns bibliotek och V8-biblioteken genomför gemensam upphandling av nytt bibliotekssystem samt bibliotekswebb. Systemen ska levereras och implementeras i tre separata installationer; o Sjukhusbiblioteken i Västerbotten o Skellefteå kommuns bibliotek o V8-biblioteken Bibliotekssystem ska levereras till samtliga bibliotek. Systemen ska kunna integreras mot varandra. För skolor inom V8 och sjukhusbibliotek upphandlas enklare webblösningar. Följande biblioteksenheter ingår: - Kommunbiblioteken i Skellefteå kommun (Bokbussen, Boliden, Bureå, Burträsk, Byske, Jörn, Kåge, Lövånger, Stadsbiblioteket, Skelleftehamn, Ursviken) Använder idag system: BOOK-IT, webb: Arena Nova - V8-biblioteken i kommunerna Dorotea, Sorsele (Sorsele HB, Ammarnäs, Gargnäs), V8-bibliotekens samiska biblioteksbuss Julla Májja), Storuman (Storuman HB, Tärnaby filialbibliotek, Skytteanska skolan, Parkskolan, Vallnässkolan), Norsjö (Norsjö HB och Bastuträsk), Lycksele (Lycksele HB, Bokbussen, Tannbergsskolan, Finnbacksskolan, MediaPulsen) Vilhelmina (Vilhelmina HB, Hembergsskolan, Malgomajskolan, Saxnäs fjällskola, Dikanäs fjällskola), Åsele, Malå. Använder idag system: BOOK-IT, webb: SAGA - Sjukhusbiblioteken i Umeå, Lycksele och Skellefteå. Använder idag system: BOOK-IT, webb: BOOK-IT pub Avtal tecknas separat av varje kommun. Upphandlingen administreras av Umeå Kommun. Drift ska ske av leverantör (SaaS-tjänst). Avtal för support och underhåll ska inkludera tillgång till nya versioner.
