Description

Upphandling av en instrumentplattform för global proteomanalys baserad på vätskekromatografi kopplad till masspektrometri (LC-MS). Vi avser att upphandla en vätskekromatograf kopplad till en högupplösande masspektrometer. Instrumentet ska användas för kvantitativ mätning av proteinmängd i hela proteomet i biologiska prover (bakterier, svampar, djurcellinjer, primära humana och murina celler samt vävnader). Plattformen kommer att användas för analys av ett stort antal prover och bör därför möjliggöra robust drift och precis kvantifiering. Vi söker ett instrument som kan utöka den nuvarande masspektrometrikapaciteten vid Umeå universitet, vilken för närvarande är fullt utnyttjad, och som är kompatibelt med befintliga arbetsflöden.
