Denna upphandling avser ”IT-arbetsplats som tjänst” Syftet med upphandlingen är att ingå ett partnerskap med en leverantör av produkter och tjänster för Region Värmlands IT-arbetsplats. Samverkan består i att gemensamt säkerställa funktion, tillgänglighet och utveckling av dessa produkter och tjänster, där stor vikt läggs vid en hållbar hantering. Leverantören ska hantera följande tjänster: · Onsite-Support · Livscykelhantering · Klienthantering - samt inköp av datorer med tillbehör I scenariot där regionen har dessa delar upphandlade hos en leverantör kommer Region Värmland fortsatt att vara ansvariga mot verksamheten och vara beställare/kravställare mot leverantören men regionen kommer inte att hantera den löpande ”vardagliga” hanteringen av dessa tre (3) områden. Regionen ser denna lösning som en möjlighet för Region Värmland att kunna fokusera mindre på den löpande drift- och incidenthanteringen och mer på proaktivitet och utveckling av verksamhetens behov inom IT-arbetsplatsområdet.
