Två (2) konstnärer/konstnärsgrupper tilldelas skissuppdrag à 120 000 SEK med option om genomförande à 4 000 000 SEK. Avsikten är att efter avslutad skissprocess kontraktera en av dessa konstnärer för genomförande av dennes föreslagna konstnärliga gestaltning.
