Description

AB Östgötatrafiken beslutar med stöd av 6 kap Lag (2016:1146) om upphandling inom försörjningssektorerna att köpa drift och support av IT-plattformen ombord på Östgötapendeln genom ett förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering med hänvisning till att det av tekniska skäl inte finns någon konkurrens och att det som anskaffas skyddas av ensamrätt och därför endast kan tillhandahållas av Oxyfi AB. I det befintliga trafikavtalet för Östgötapendeln 2014/0005 har trafikoperatören anskaffat en leverantör av IT-plattform ombord på Östgötapendeln. Deras val av leverantör är Oxyfi AB. Genom åren har trafikoperatören VR och Oxyfi underhållit och utvecklat IT-plattformen inom ramen för Trafikavtalet. I och med att trafikavtalet med VR avslutas 2025-05-31 behöver Östgötatrafiken genom eget köp säkerställa att IT-plattform fortsätt kan underhållas genom drift och support från Oxyfi.
