Description

Denna upphandling avser primärt isbrytning och bogseringsstjänster inom Örnsköldsviks Hamn- och farledsområde. Tjänsten omfattar Framnäs hamn, Domsjö hamn, Hörneborgs hamn, Alfredshems hamn, Oljehamnen i Järved, Hörneborgs energihamn samt farleden ut till Malmöfjärden. Här ingår även Köpmanholmens hamn. Vid behov kan även Stadskajen tillkomma. Uppdraget innefattar både beredskap och utförande av isbrytning och bogseringstjänst. Uppskattad volym är cirka 350 timmar per år, men volymen kan variera mellan åren och garanteras inte. Upphandlingen genomförs som ett förhandlat förfarande med föregående annonsering enligt LUF. Beställaren kan, men måste inte, genomföra förhandling med en eller flera anbudsgivare. All kommunikation ska ske via e-avrop. Avtal tilldelas den anbudsgivare som uppfyller samtliga ska-krav och erbjuder lägsta pris.
