Description

Ramavtalets omfattning innebär att fuktsakkunnig konsult ska bistå med stöd att driva och följa upp fuktfrågor i projektet. Uppdrag kan komma att innefatta upprättande av strategier för hur arbete med och uppföljning av fuktskyddsåtgärder i olika byggskeden ska ske. Uppdrag kan också komma att innefatta rådgivning avseende fuktfrågor åt byggherren. Fuktsakkunnig konsult ska ha bred kompetens och kännedom om vilka konsekvenser det blir för framtida brukare om fuktrelaterade skador skulle inträffa i byggnaden. Exempel på uppdrag som fuktsakkunnig ska utföra: Förstudie; fuktinventering, fuktriskanalys, Programskede; fuktsäkerhetsprogram, framtagning av krav i upphandlingsdokument Projektering; fuktsäkerhetsprojektering, fuktsäkerhetsbeskrivning Produktionsskede; fuktsäkerhetsplan, fuktronder, fuktkontrollplan, fuktmätningar, fuktskadeutredningar. Förvaltningsskede; fuktinventering, fuktskadeutredning Avrop från detta ramavtal kommer att ske genom rangordning. Översiktlig information om objekten för uppdraget anges vid beställning.
