Ramavtalet omfattar servicearbeten och mindre entreprenader. Entreprenaderna omfattar husbyggnadsarbeten såsom om-, till- och nybyggnationer. Samtliga projekt är kopplade till den unika verksamhet Got Event bedriver såsom arenor för främst fotboll och ishockey och simhallar samt med tillhörande funktioner för drift och administration. Den huvudsakliga arbetsinsatsen sker när arenorna är stängda, alternativt att arbetena behöver planeras och samordnas med den pågående verksamheten. Detta ställer krav på stor flexibilitet, engagemang och resurskapacitet hos alla som är inblandade i projekten. Uppskattad entreprenadsumma är cirka 40 miljoner kronor per år. Projektens omfattning klargörs vid varje avrop. Ramavtalet omfattar i första hand de projekt/arbeten där förutsättningar inte finns för ett annonserat förfarande, t.ex. tidskritiska projekt. Beställaren förbehåller sig rätten att upphandla vissa projekt utanför detta ramavtal. Got Event har för avsikt att teckna ramavtal med två-tre entreprenörer. Leverantörerna blir inte rangordnade. Ambitionen är att tillfråga ramavtalsleverantörerna så att volymen fördelas ungefär lika över tid. Den beställda volymen kan ha stor variation mellan åren beroende på den ekonomiska utvecklingen för Got Event AB samt av pågående planering för arenautvecklingen i Göteborg. Uppskattad total volym för ramavtalet (takvolym) är ca 200 miljoner kronor för hela ramavtalsperioden. Entreprenadformen är både utförandeentreprenader och totalentreprenad och upphandlingsformen är generalentreprenad. De Administrativa Föreskrifterna som skickas ut i steg 2 ansluter till AMA 21. För entreprenaderna gäller AB 04 och ABT 06.
