Försvarsmakten har för avsikt att upphandla standardbatterier till myndigheterna Försvarsmakten samt FMV. Myndigheterna har en rikstäckande och bred verksamhet som är utspridda i landet och därmed behov av rikstäckande distribution av nämnda varor. Mot bakgrund av att behovet ska tillgodose Myndigheternas behov över hela landet finns behov av flexibilitet i de tjänster och sortiment som upphandlas.
