Description

CSN har behov av att teckna kontrakt med en fakturautställarbank avseende tjänsten ”e-faktura till internetbank”. Tjänsten e-faktura till internetbank inkluderar presentation av e-faktura till fakturamottagare i presentatörsbank och möjligheten för fakturamottagare att anmäla och avanmäla e-fakturaavisering. Betalning med e-faktura finns för CSN:s kunder med studielåneskuld eller återkravsskulder. CSN:s kunder med hemutrustningslån och körkortslån har inte den möjligheten Presentation av e-faktura sker i fakturamottagarens presentatörsbank. Presentation ska ske senast bankdagen efter att fakturapresentatören skickat underlaget på uppdrag av CSN till fakturautställarbankens mottagningspunkt (idag upphandlad via Parajett Digital Solutions AB). När fakturamottagaren tagit emot ”betalrad” och länk till den plats där CSN valt att lagra e-fakturor godkänner fakturamottagaren e-fakturan och betalning verkställs därmed. När fakturamottagaren godkänner e-fakturan går betalningen via ordinarie inbetalningsflöde (OCR).
