Description

Tarjouspyynnön kohteena on Lappeenrannan kaupungin viherhoidon alueurakat sekä alueiden leikkikenttien, yleisten alueiden, pysäkkien ja kivipintaisten jakajien puhtaanapidosta vuosille 2026 - 2028 kokonaishintaurakkana oheisten tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Kyse on siis urakasta joka on voimassa vain niin sanotun hoitokauden. Eli sopimusaika on 1.5.2026 - 30.9.2028 + optiot 1+1V , urakkasopimuksen mukainen hoitokausi on vuosittain 1.5-30.9. Urakat on jaettu viiteen ( 5) osa-alueeseen: 1) viherhoidon alueurakka pohjoinen: Sopimuskausi 1.5.2026 - 30.9.2028 + optiot 1+1V. 2) viherhoidon alueurakka länsi: Huom! Sopimuskausi 1.5.2026 - 30.9.2026 + optiot 1V+1V 3) viherhoidon alueurakka itä: Sopimuskausi 1.5.2026 - 30.9.2028 + optiot 1+1V 4) viherhoidon alueurakka Korvenkylä: Sopimuskausi 1.5.2026 - 30.9.2028 + optiot 1+1V 5) viherhoidon alueurakka Ylämaa: Sopimuskausi 1.5.2026 - 30.9.2028 + optiot 1+1V Optiosta päätetään optiovuotta edeltävän vuoden lokakuun loppuun mennessä. Optiot vuosi kerrallaan eli 1 +1. Tarjoaja voi tarjota vaikka kaikkia kohteita, mutta jos tarjousten saavuttua katsovat ettei resurssit riitäkään voi luopua jostain. Tällöin valitaan seuravaksi halvin tarjoaja. Työhön valittava urakoitsija toimii tässä alueurakassa pääurakoitsijana ja lainsäädännön tarkoittamana päätoteuttajana ja vastaa päätoteuttajan velvollisuuksista. Urakka, sen laajuus sekä edellytetyt vähimmäisvaatimukset on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa.
