Description

Lahden Tilakeskus hoitaa rakennuttamista, kunnossapitoa ja ylläpitoa Lahden kaupungin omistamissa ja vuokraamissa kiinteistöissä. Tällä tarjouspyynnöllä Tilakeskus hakee palveluntuottajaa rasvan-, hiekan- ja öljynerotinkaivojen, sadevesikaivojen, lokakaivojen sekä viemärikaivojen tyhjennys- ja huoltopalveluun sekä viemärien kuvauksiin oheisten tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Palvelu sisältää myös erotinkaivojen vuosihuoltojen aikatauluttamisen ja tarjouspyynnön sisältöä vastaavien järjestelmien tietojen keräämisen ja dokumentoinnin tarjouspyynnön liitteiden mukaisesti. Palveluun sisältyy imupaineauton päivystyslähtö normaalin palveluajan (ma - pe klo 7-16) ulkopuolella. Tarjouskilpailun lähtötietona toimii huoltokirjajärjestelmästä koostettu vuosittaisen huoltokierron tämänhetkinen kohdeluettelo.
