DYNAAMISEN HANKINTAJÄRJESTELMÄN KOHDE Tämän dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (DPS) kohteena ovat luotsaus- ja huoltoajossa käytettävien teräs- ja alumiinirunkoisten alusten telakointipalvelut. Telakointipalvelut sisältävät muun muassa seuraavat palvelut: • aluksen nosto- ja laskupalvelut, • aluksen huolto- ja korjauspalvelut, • aluksen uudistamis- ja elinkaaripalvelut, • aluksen suunnittelu- ja dokumentointipalvelut. DPS:n kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin osallistumispyynnössä ja sen liitteissä, erityisesti liitteessä 2 "Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kohde". DPS:n keston aikana kaikki kiinnostuneet ehdokkaat voivat tehdä siihen osallistumishakemuksen. DPS on voimassa hankintailmoituksessa ilmoitettuun päivään asti, ellei sitä keskeytetä tai muuteta DPS:n voimassaollessa. Finnpilot Pilotage Oy voi toteuttaa hankinnat DPS:ään hyväksyttyjen ehdokkaiden kesken DPS:n sisäisillä kilpailutuksilla, jotka voivat ajoittua DPS:n koko hankintavaiheen ajalle. DPS:n hankintavaihe alkaa perustamisvaiheen jälkeen 9.4.2026 ja päättyy DPS:n voimassaoloajan päättyessä. DYNAAMISEN HANKINTAJÄRJESTELMÄN LAAJUUS Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän ennakoitu arvonlisäveroton kokonaisarvo on enintään 50 000 000 euroa.
