Description

Hankinnan kohteena on ympärivuotinen yhteysalusliikennepalvelu Paraisten yhteysalusreitille. Yhteysalusliikennepalvelun tulee kattaa reittialueen yhteysalusliikenne palvelukuvauksen mukaisesti. Palveluun sisältyy muun muassa liikennöinnissä tarvittavien alusten hankkiminen, päivittäisen liikenteen hoito määritetyn palvelutason mukaisesti, viestintä asiakkaille, asiakaspalautteiden vastaanotto ja käsittely sekä valtion omistamien yhteysaluslaiturien pienimuotoinen hoito. Palveluntuottaja vastaa palvelutason toteutumisesta laatuvastuuperiaatteella. Liikennöinnissä käytettäviä aluksia koskevat vaatimukset, reittialueiden palvelutasot sekä palvelun muut laatuvaatimukset on esitetty hankinta-asiakirjoissa.
