Description

HUS Kiinteistöt Oy kilpailutti HUS-yhtymän toiminta-alueella sijaitsevien sairaaloiden ja muiden toimipisteiden tilausvartioinnin. Nämä sairaalat ja toimipisteet sijaitsevat pääasiassa Helsingin, Espoon, Vantaan, Keravan, Kirkkonummen ja Kauniaisten alueella mutta toimintaa voi olla myös muilla paikkakunnilla. Tilausvartiointi on erikseen tilattavaa tuntihinnalla tehtävää vartiointia, jossa vartioinnin kesto ja laskutusoikeus määräytyvät Tilaajan tarpeen mukaisesti. Vartijan työtehtävät katsotaan aina tapauskohtaisesti tilauksen yhteydessä. Kilpailutuksen tavoitteena oli valita kolme (3) sopimustoimittajaa. Sopimuksen kesto on kaksi (2) vuotta ja sopimukseen sisältyy mahdollisuus yhteen (1) kahden (2) vuoden optioon. Kohteiden laajuus saattaa muuttua sopimuskauden aikana (muutos pienempi kuin 10 %) ja muutoksista ilmoitetaan kolme kuukautta etukäteen. Muutokset eivät saa vaikuttaa tuntihintoihin. Tilaaja ei sitoudu tiettyihin tilausmääriin sopimuskauden aikana.
