Description

Laihian kunta pyytää tarjouksia lakisääteisen työterveyshuoltotoiminnan (Työterveyshuoltolaki 1383/2001 4 §, 12 §) sekä yleislääkäritasoisen sairaanhoidon tuottamisesta Laihian kunnan henkilöstölle ja optiona Laihian kunnan tytäryhtiöiden henkilöstölle. Sopimuksen tavoitteena on taata laadukkaat ja hinnaltaan kilpailukykyiset työterveyshuollon palvelut 1.1.2027 alkavalla sopimuskaudella. Tarjottavan palvelun tulee tuottaa tuloksellisilla ja kustannustehokkailla työskentelytavoilla ja toiminnalla henkilöstön hyvinvointia, työkyvyn ylläpitoa, työkyvyttömyyden ennaltaehkäisyä ja sairaspoissaolojen vähentämistä tukevia ja niihin vaikuttavia toimenpiteitä ja laadukkaita palveluja. Toiminnan ja palvelun tulee tarjota myös sähköisiä välineitä ja mahdollisuuksia palvelujen käyttämiseen, tietojen analysointiin ja tietojen hyödyntämiseen.
