Description

Laihian kunta pyytää tarjoustanne kaavoitukseen liittyvistä yksilöimättömistä konsulttipalveluista. Sopimuksen kesto on kolme (3) vuotta alkaen sopimuksen solmimisesta. Lisäksi sopimukseen kirjataan mahdollisuus kahteen optiovuoteen, joista sovitaan erikseen molempien osapuolten suostumuksella. Hankinta koskee toimeksiantoja, joita ei kilpailuteta erikseen. Tällä tarjouskilpailulla valitaan yksi (1) konsulttitoimisto. Yrityksen kanssa solmitaan tarjouspyynnön ja tarjouksen pohjalta kumppanuussopimus, joka on liitteenä olevan mallin mukainen. Sopimuksen perusteella voidaan myöhemmin tehdä hankekohtaisia tilauksia.
