Description

Hankinnan kohteena oli työterveyspalvelujen kokonaisvaltainen tuottaminen Tilaajalle ja sen henkilöstölle toteutettuna palveluntarjoajan tiloissa ja etäpalveluina. Työterveyshuollon palveluiden hankintaa ohjaa työnantajaa velvoittava työterveyshuollon lainsäädäntö (TTH 1382/2001). Työterveyshuollon palveluiden tulee sisältää TTH 1383/2001 12 §:n mukaiset toiminnot ennaltaehkäisevänä toimintana (KL1-toiminta). Hankinta sisältää myös TTH1383/2001 14 §:n mukaisen työkykypainotteisen yleis- ja erikoislääkäritasoisen sairaanhoidon yli 12 kuukautta työsuhteessa oleville työntekijöille (hallinto- sekä vuokrahenkilöstö) (KL2-toiminta) ja muita optiopalveluja myöhemmin tarjouspyynnössä kuvatun mukaisesti. Hankinta on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa.
