Huoltovarmuuskeskus pyytää tarjousta toteutettavuustutkimuksesta. Kyseessä on toimintavarma myymälä- ja polttoaineverkoston pilotin valtakunnallinen toteutus. Tällä hetkellä pilotti on aloitettu Kymenlaakson alueella, niin että kohteet on valittu sekä konetoimittajat valittu puitesopimukselle. Pilotin aikainen hankinnan kuvaus (joka taustoittaa projektia) on pyydettävissä ennen tarjouksen jättöajan umpeutumista osoitteesta kirjaamo@nesa.fi otsikolla "Toteutettavuustutkimus, materiaalipyyntö". Hankinnan kuvaus on liitteenä 1.
