Sansia kilpailuttaa kaikille hankintaan ilmoittautuneille omistaja-asiakkailleen toimistotarvikkeiden puitejärjestelyn, järjestelyyn valitaan 2 toimittajaa etusijajärjestykseen/osa-alue. Hankinnan kohteena on toimistotarvikkeiden puitejärjestely, joka kattaa keskeiset perustoimistotarvikkeet sekä toimittajien lisähinnastojen kautta hankittavat täydentävät tuotteet. Tavoitteena on varmistaa laadukkaiden tuotteiden luotettava ja kustannustehokas saatavuus, mahdollistaa hyllytyspalvelun käyttö sitä tarvitseville toimipisteille sekä turvata ympäristövastuulliset ja selkeät toimitus- ja palveluprosessit koko sopimuskauden ajan. Hankinnan kohteena ovat toimistotarvikkeet ja niihin liittyvät toimituspalvelut tilaajien käyttöön. Hankintaan sisältyvät tavanomaiset toimistotarvikkeet, kuten paperituotteet, kirjoitus- ja piirustustarvikkeet, arkistointi- ja säilytystuotteet sekä muut päivittäisessä toimistotyössä tarvittavat tuotteet.
