Description

Puolustusvoimien logistiikkalaitos pyysi tarjousta nelivuotisen (4) puitesopimuksen solmimiseksi tilintarkastuspalveluista, joiden kohteena on Puolustusvoimien strategisten kumppanuustoimittajien toimintaan kohdistuva tilintarkastus. Kilpailutetuilla tilintarkastuspalveluilla selvitetään, onko Puolustusvoimien kumppanuustoimittajien Puolustusvoimille toimittamat asiakaskohtaiset tuloslaskelmat laadittu oikein ja niiden tiedot luotettavia. Puitesopimus on solmittu ajanjaksolle 18.2.2026 - 31.01.2030. Lisäksi sopimukseen sisältyy kaksi optiovuotta ajanjaksoille 01.02.2030 - 31.01.2031 ja 01.02.2031 - 31.01.2032. Sopimuksen kohteena olevat palvelut tulee toimittaa sopimuksen voimassaolon aikana. Optiovuosien käyttöönottaminen on täysin hankintayksikön päätettävissä. Puitesopimuksen arvo sopimuskaudelta ja optiovuosilta on yhteensä enintään 500.000,00 e. Sopimukseen ei sisälly vähimmäisostovelvoitetta. Hankintayksikkö on arvioinut tarpeen yhdelle - kahdelle (1-2) tilintarkastustoimeksiannolle vuosittain. Tarjouspyyntö perustui Hansel Oy:n (jäljempänä Hansel) Tilintarkastuksen palvelut 2025 (00692) dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään (jäljempänä ”DPS”).
