Osuuskunta Siikaverkko rakennuttaa valokuituverkkoa kokonaisurakkana Sotkamon kunnan alueelle. Karelnet Oy rakennuttaa valokuituverkkoa Viitasaaren kaupungin ja Liperin kunnan alueille. Siikaverkko ja Karelnet hakevat toteuttajaa tai toteuttajia tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa mainituille hankkeille. Toteuttajan tai toteuttajien vastuulle kuuluvat toimivan valokuituverkkokokonaisuuksien toteuttamiseen liittyvät työt, materiaalit, sijoituslupien hakeminen, projektin johtaminen sekä työn valvonta. Osuuskunta Siikaverkko rakennuttaa valokuituverkkoa kokonaisurakkana Sotkamon kunnan alueelle. Karelnet Oy rakennuttaa valokuituverkkoa Viitasaaren ja Liperin kuntien alueille. Siikaverkko ja Karelnet hakevat toteuttajaa tai toteuttajia tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa mainituille hankkeille.
