Description

Puolustusvoimien logistiikkalaitos (jäljempänä Hankintayksikkö) pyytää osallistumishakemustanne lämpökamerakollimaattorien hankinnasta Puolustusvoimille tämän osallistumishakemuspyynnön mukaisesti. Lämpökollimaattori on laite, jota käytetään IR-laitteiden kunnossapitoon ja toiminnan tarkastamiseen. Lämpökamerakollimaattoreita hankintaan seuraavasti: 1. 2kpl nopea testaus (go/no-go -testilaite), jolla voidaan nopeasti varmistaa lämpökameran suorituskyky. Laitetta tullaan käyttämään esimerkiksi testattavan laitteen suorituskyvyn riittävyyden arviointiin viivaparikuvioiden havaitsemisen perusteella sekä päivä- ja IR-kanavien keskinäinen yhdensuuntaisuuden tarkastamiseen. Laitetta käytetään erilaisissa olosuhteissa, joten sen täytyy olla helposti siirrettävissä ja soveltua kenttäkäyttöön. Laitteen tulee kyetä suorittamaan testaukset ilman erillistä tietokonetta. 2. 1kpl tietokoneohjattu lämpökameratestilaite (laboratoriotestilaite) yksityiskohtaiseen mittaukseen, jolla tulee olla mahdollisuus testata myös päivänvalokameran suorituskykyä. Testilaitteessa tulee olla pidempi polttoväli ja suurempi aukon halkaisija kuin kohdassa 1 kuvatussa testilaitteessa, jotta sillä voidaan testata suorituskykyisempiä järjestelmiä. Testilaitteessa tulee olla mm. moottoroitu kohtiovaihto, automaattinen testaus ja raportointi sekä kyky tuottaa suorituskykymittarit sisältävä raportti. Raportista tulee ilmetä vähintään seuraavat suureet: • MRTD (Minimum Resolvable Temperature Difference) • MTF (Modulation Transfer Function) • NETD (Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference) Lisäksi järjestelmään tulee voida vähintään liittää jälkikäteen: • SWIR-testausympäristö Hankinnan tarkat vaatimukset kuvataan tarjouspyynnöllä. Tarjousvaiheessa hyväksytty tarjous edellyttää tarjoajan osallistumista esittelytilaisuuteen Tilaajan tiloissa. Esittelytilaisuudessa tarjoaja esittelee tarjotun laitteen/tarjotut laitteet vaatimusten todentamiseksi. Tarkemmat tiedot esittelystä ilmoitetaan tarjouspyynnöllä. Esittelystä ei makseta tarjoajille korvausta. Tarjoaja vastaa itse sille tarjouskilpailuun osallistumisesta aiheutuvista kustannuksista.
