Hankintayksikkö pyytää tarjoustanne työterveyshuollon palveluista tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankittavien palveluiden vähimmäisvaatimukset on kuvattu liitteessä 1 "Työterveyspalvelun ehdot" sekä liitteessä 2 "Asiakkaan hankinnan kohde ja vähimmäisvaatimukset". Palkeet toimii viidellä paikkakunnalla: Joensuussa, Helsingissä, Hämeenlinnassa, Mikkelissä ja Porissa. Palvelua hankitaan kaikkiin viiteen toimipisteiseen.
