Description

Tuomi Logistiikka Oy pyytää Coxan toimeksiannosta tarjouksia työterveyshuollon palveluista. Hankinnan kohteena on työterveyshuollon palvelut; ennaltaehkäisevät ja lakisääteiset työterveyspalvelut (KL1) sekä lisäksi työterveyspainotteinen sairaanhoitopalvelu (KL2) ja tarvittaessa muut täydentävät lisäpalvelut (KL0). Hankinnan kohde ja palvelulle asetetut vähimmäisvaatimukset on kuvattu tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Hankinnan arvioitu sitomaton vuosiarvo on 370 000-550 000 euroa. Hankintasopimuksen perusteella tehtävien palvelujen määrä vaihtelee Tilaajan tarpeen mukaan, eikä hankintasopimus sisällä määrä- tai vähimmäisostovelvoitetta. Sopimuskausi on voimassa määräaikaisena 1.5.2026-31.12.2028. Sopimuskautta voidaan jatkaa toistaiseksi voimassa olevalla optiokaudella.
