Description

Hankinnan kohteena olivat kiirevastaanoton lääkäripalvelut Honkaharjun hyvinvointiasemalle Imatralle läsnäolotyönä. Kyse on toimitustakuullisesta palvelusta, jota tuottaa toimittajan nimeämät lääkärit ja sairaustapauksessa sekä poissaolotilanteissa heidän nimetyt sijaisensa. Palveluja ostetaan täydentämään Tilaajan omaa palvelutuotantoa. Sitoumukseton arvio ostettavan palvelun määrästä kuukaudessa on: - yhden lääkärin resurssi arkisin (ma-pe) klo 8-20 joka päivä, kohdistuen pääasiassa terveyskeskuksen kiirevastaanottopotilaiden hoitoon. - yhden lääkärin resurssi muina päivinä (la, su, arkipyhät, pyhäpäivät) klo 8-16, kohdistuen pääasiassa terveyskeskuksen kiirevastaanottopotilaiden hoitoon. Sopimuskausi alkaa 1.6.2026 ja se päättyy 31.5.2027. Sopimukseen liittyy toistaiseksi voimassa oleva optioehto. Tilaaja tekee tilaukset ostettavista palveluista vähintään kuuden kuukauden jaksoiksi kerrallaan (tilausjakso). Kyseessä on vaikuttavuusperusteisesta hankinnasta, jossa palveluiden laskutus perustuu 90 % suoritettuun lääkäripalveluun ja 0-10 % palvelun toteutuneeseen laatuun 6 kk jaksoilla.
