Description

Suunnitellun hankinnan kohteena ovat Kiirevastaanoton lääkäripalvelut Honkaharjun hyvinvointiasemalle. Kyse on toimitustakuullisesta palvelusta, jota tuottavat toimittajan nimeämät lääkärit ja sairaustapauksessa sekä poissaolotilanteissa heidän nimetyt sijaisensa. Hankinta on alue- tai paikallistason viraston/laitoksen hankintalain liitteen E mukainen sosiaali- ja terveyspalveluhankinta, jonka arvonlisäveroton arvioitu enimmäisarvo ylittää hankintalain § 25 mukaisen kynnysarvon. Hankintailmoitus on julkaistu 20.1.2026 Hilma:ssa (2026-038488) ja TED:ssa (41517-2026). Etelä-Karjalan hyvinvointialue on keskeyttänyt hankinnan A1 2026 Kiirevastaanoton lääkäripalvelut Honkaharjun hyvinvointiasemalle 4.2.2026. Hankinnan saattaminen päätökseen alkuperäisten tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen nojalla ei ole mahdollista tarjouspyynnössä havaitun virheen takia, jonka korjaaminen aiheuttaa oleellisen muutostarpeen tarjouspyyntöön. Tarjouspyyntöön tehtävä oleellinen muutos edellyttää uuden hankintamenettelyn käynnistämistä (ks. esim. KHO 2022:1, Euroopan Unionin tuomioistuimen ratkaisu C-298/15). Hankintayksikkö suunnittelee käynnistävänsä uuden hankintamenettelyn viivytyksettä keskeytyneen tilalle.
