Description

Turun kaupungin konsernihallinnon hankintapalvelut pyytää tarjouksia Turun kaupungin eri palvelukokonaisuuksien sisäilmatutkimuksista ja näytteiden otosta ajalle 1.3.2026 (tavoite) - 28.2.2027, minkä jälkeen sopimuksia voidaan jatkaa alkuperäisin ehdoin Tilaajan kirjallisella päätöksellä kahdella (2) yhden (1) vuoden optiolla ajoille 1.3.2027 - 29.2.2028 ja 1.3.2028 - 28.2.2029. Hankinnasta tehdään puitesopimus yhden (1) Palveluntuottajan kanssa, jolle valitaan kaksi (2) varapalveluntuottajaa. Varapalveluntuottajia tullaan käyttämään edullisuusjärjestyksessä lähtökohtaisesti sellaisissa tilanteissa, joissa ensisijainen Palveluntuottaja ei pysty tuottamaan palvelua, esimerkiksi Palveluntuottajan toimituskyvyn, resurssipulan tai vastaavien tilanteiden vuoksi tai Palveluntuottajan toiminta on sopimuksen vastaista. Mikäli ensisijaisen palveluntuottajan eikä varapalveluntuottajien toimituskyvyt eivät riitä Tilaaja pidättää itsellään oikeuden käyttää tällöin sopimuksen ulkopuolisia palveluntuottajia.
