Description

Vantaan kaupunki järjestää yhteishankintana Fintrafficin kanssa tarjouskilpailun Vantaalla sijaitsevien liikennevalo-ohjattujen liittymien liikennevalolaitteiden sekä katualueiden liikenteenhallintalaitteiden kunnossapitopalvelusta hankinta-asiakirjoissa tarkemmin osoitetussa laajuudessa. Kunnossapitopalveluun sisältyviä keskeisimpiä tehtäviä ovat vikapäivystys, vikavalvonta, vianselvitykset ja -korjaukset, liikennevahinkojen korjaukset, laitteiden määräaikaiset tarkastus- ja huoltokierrokset, liikennevalodokumentaation ylläpito sekä muut liikennevaloihin liittyvät asiantuntijatehtävät. Lisäksi Palveluntarjoajan tehtävänä on varaosavaraston ylläpitäminen. Kunnossapitopalvelun puitteissa voidaan toteuttaa liikennevalo- ja liikenteenhallintalaitteiden saneeraustöitä. Palvelun piiriin voidaan sopimuskauden aikana lisätä tai siitä voi poistua liikennevaloliittymiä tai liikenteenhallintalaitteita. Mahdolliset uudet kohteet tulevat sijaitsemaan Vantaan alueella. Palvelun arvioitu sopimuskausi on määräaikainen kaksi (2) vuotta ajalla 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2028. Sopimusaikaa on mahdollista jatkaa yhdellä kahden (2) vuoden pituisella optiolla 1.1.2029 - 31.12.2030. Tilaaja päättää option käyttöönotosta viimeistään kuutta (6) kuukautta ennen varsinaisen sopimuskauden päättymistä. Kunnossapitopalvelun tehtävät ja niiden sisältö on määritelty tarkemmin tässä tarjouspyynnössä sekä tarjouspyynnön liitteissä.
