Description

Ulkopoliittinen instituutti järjestää vuosittain kansainvälisen konferenssin, joka kokoaa yhteen ulko- ja turvallisuuspolitiikan asiantuntijoita, päättäjiä ja vaikuttajia Suomesta ja ulkomailta. Puhujat ja tilaisuuden osallistujat koostuvat kotimaisista sekä kansainvälisistä päättäjistä ja valtionjohdosta sekä ulkopolitiikan asiantuntijoista ja muista alan sidosryhmistä. Osallistujia on paikan päällä n. 300 henkilöä, minkä lisäksi striimaus palvelee laajempia yleisöjä kotimaassa ja kansainvälisesti. Tapahtumapaikkana toimii Clarion Hotel Helsingin (Tyynenmerenkatu 2) Bysa-salit. Konferenssi on kolmipäiväinen ja se koostuu pääasiassa striimatuista puheenvuoroista ja paneelikeskusteluista. Ohjelmassa on myös joitakin osuuksia, joita ei striimata, mutta joissa kuitenkin tarvitaan ääni- ja kuvatekniikka paikalle. Konferenssi on englanninkielinen ja sitä ei tulkata. Hankittava palvelu kattaa tapahtumaan liittyvän teknisen tuotannon sekä striimauksen. Tekninen tuotanto pitää sisällään salin kuva-, ääni- ja valotuotannon. Tarkemmat tiedot hankinnan sisällöstä sekä arviointikriteerit ja painoarvot löytyvät liitteistä. Hankinta koskee vuosien 2026, 2027 ja 2028 tapahtumia. Vuoden 2026 tapahtumasta tehdään varsinainen sopimus. Vuodet 2027 ja 2028 ovat optiovuosia, joista tehdään erillinen hankintapäätös vuosittain.
