Description

Pohjois-Karjalan hankintatoimi pyytää antamaan tarjouksen kiinteistönhoidosta Joensuun Yrityskiinteistöt Oy:lle sopimuskaudelle 1.9.2026 - 31.8.2028 + yhden (1) vuoden + yhden (1) vuoden optiomahdollisuus. Palvelun tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset. Tilaaja järjestää kiinteistöjen esittelypäivän tarjousaikana, jolloin tarjoajien on mahdollista tutustua kohteisiin. Esittelytilaisuus ei ole pakollinen, mutta suosittelemme osallistumaan siihen. Mikäli tarjoaja ei osallistu esittelyyn, ei hän voi vedota myöhemmin sellaisiin seikkoihin, jotka olisivat käyneet ilmi tutustumisessa. Esittelypäivä on 09.06.2026 klo 12 - 15. Esittelijänä toimii kiinteistöpäällikkö Ismo Ahia, ismo.ahia@joensuu.fi, 050 555 1901. Tarjous on sitova ja se tulee laatia suomen kielellä. Hankintaprosessi on kokonaisuudessaan suomenkielinen.
