Description

Tämä tarjouspyyntö koskee Luontokeskuksen ja Lakeustalon ylläpito- ja perussiivouksen palveluiden kilpailutusta ajalle 1.1.2026-31.12.2027 ja mahdolliset optiot ajalle 1.1.2028-31.12.2029 Optiokausia on 2 (kaksi) on 1 (yksi) + 1 (yksi) vuosi. Optiokauden käyttöönotosta päätetään erikseen ennen kunkin optiokauden alkua. Kilpailutuksen kohteena olevat kiinteistöt: Luontokeskus, osoite: Rantakurvi 6, 91900 Liminka. Lakeustalo, osoite: Liminganraitti 10, 91900 Liminka. Siivouspalveluista tehdään kaksi erillistä sopimusta seuraavasti: Limingan ruoka-, puhtaus- ja kiinteistöpalvelut -liikelaitoksen kanssa, ja tämä sopimus kattaa: Limingan luontokeskuksen tilojen siivouksen, sekä Lakeustalon kunnan käytössä olevien tilojen siivouksen. Kiinteistö Oy Lakeustalon kanssa, ja tämä sopimus kattaa: Lakeustalon yleisten tilojen siivouksen, jotka ovat Kiinteistö Oy Lakeustalon hallinnoimia. Tarjousta ei saa muulla kuin edellä mainituin tavoin sitoa muuta tarjousta tai tässä tarjouspyynnössä tarkoitettua kohdetta koskevaan ratkaisuun.
