Positioon 1 kuuluvat kohteet: - Raumanmeren peruskoulu (Pyynpäänkatu 27, 26100 Rauma) - Pyynpään hammashoitola (Sorkantie 24, 26100 Rauma) - Uudenlahden päiväkoti (Uudenlahdentie 14, 26200 Rauma) Positioon 2 kuuluvat kohteet: - Uotilanrinteen monitoimikeskus (Uotilan vanhatie 68, 26510 Rauma): * Koulu ja liikuntasali * Kirjasto * Päiväkoti - Uotilan eläinlääkäri (Kentäntie 2, 26510 Rauma) - Hevossuon jäteasema (Hevossuontie 50, 26510 Rauma) - Isometsän kokonaisuus (Isometsäntie 3, 26100 Rauma) - Lajon päiväkoti (Vilkuntie 46, 26100 Rauma) - Wihertoimi (Kasvitarhanpolku 1, 26100 Rauma) Positioon 3 kuuluvat kohteet: - Karin koulu (Savilankatu 5, 26100 Rauma) - WähäKari (Savilankatu 5, 26100 Rauma) - Rauman seudun TYP (Valtakatu 6, 26100 Rauma) - Vanha Opisto (Vähäkoulukatu 8, 26100 Rauma) - Sinilintu (Meijerikatu 8, 26100 Rauma) - Kipparinpuisto (Vähämaanpuisto 7, 26100 Rauma) - Nummen päiväkoti (Meijerikatu 6, 26100 Rauma) Sopimusta voidaan tilaajan päätöksellä jatkaa alkuperäisin ehdoin enintään kahdelle (2) kahden (2) vuoden optiokaudelle. Rauman kaupunki ilmoittaa optiokauden käytöstä viimeistään neljä (4) kuukautta ennen voimassa olevan sopimuskauden päättymistä.
