Caruna Oy is requesting applications to participate in a competitive procedure for maintenance services of its high-voltage overhead power line network. The procurement is divided into four geographical areas: Area 1 Southern Finland, Area 2 Southwestern Finland, Area 3 Western Finland and Area 4 Northern Finland. Candidates may apply as tenderers for one, several or all areas, but can only submit tenders for areas for which they have been accepted. The services are described in the draft service description attached to the request. The framework will be negotiated through a negotiated procedure and runs for 4+3+3 years, counted from the transfer of service production responsibility, which takes place from current suppliers no later than 01.03.2027.
