Description

Hankinnan kohteena on Aivojen tasavirtastimulaatiolaitteet (tDCS) tarvikkeineen depression akuuttihoitoon. Tasavirtastimulaatiohoito on kajoamaton aivojen stimuloimiseen perustuva hoito, jonka teho on osoitettu useissa tutkimuksissa. Tasavirtastimulaatiohoidon perustana on transkraniaalinen tasavirtastimulaatio (tDCS). Hoitomenetelmässä helppokäyttöisen kannettavan laitteen tuottamaa matalaa sähkövirtaa johdetaan 30 minuutin ajan etuotsalohkon alueelle. Tasavirtastimulaatiohoito on lääkkeetön, ja se voidaan antaa ainoana hoitona erityisesti masennuksen ensioireisiin tai yhdessä muiden hoitomuotojen kanssa. Tasavirtastimulaatiohoidon määrää aina terveydenhuollon ammattilainen, mutta potilas voi tehdä hoidot helposti myös itsenäisesti kotona. Tarjottavien laitteiden tulee soveltua potilaille kotikäyttöön aivojen heikkoon tasavirtastimulaatioon lääketieteellisenä hoitona. Laitteet hankitaan käyttökorvausperiaatteella. Hoitojakson hinta sisältää korvauksen laitteen käytöstä, laitesidonnaiset kulutustarvikkeet, tarvittavan ohjelmiston, mobiililaitteessa toimivan sovelluksen ja päivitykset sekä huolto-, tuki- ja koulutuskustannukset.
