Description

Hankinnan kohteena on sähköenergian hankinta Sivakka-konsernille. Konserniin kuuluu kolme yhtiötä: Oulun Sivakka Oy, Oulun Tervatalot Oy sekä Sivakka-yhtymä Oy. Sopimus solmitaan jokaisen yhtiön kanssa. Kilpailutuksen tuloksena sovitaan sähkönmyyjän marginaaleista ja sopimusehdoista. Sähköenergia laskutetaan kuukausittain ja sen hinta muodostuu myyjän marginaaleista, varttispot-toimituksesta ja hintariskin vähentämiseksi tehtyjen tehopohjaisten hinnankiinnitysten selvityksestä. Lisäksi läpilaskutetaan Fingridin tasepalvelun tuotannon ja kulutuksen volyymimaksu sekä Datahubin käyttöpaikkakohtaiset maksut niiden toimitusjaksolla kulloinkin voimassa olevien hinnastojen mukaisesti.
