Description

Pohjois-Karjalan hankintatoimi pyytää antamaan tarjouksen kuorma-autosta Pohjois-Karjalan koulutuskuntayhtymä Riverialle. Tarjous on sitova ja se tulee laatia suomen kielellä. Hankintaprosessi on kokonaisuudessaan suomenkielinen. Kuorma-auton tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset mm. rakenteen, varusteiden, työ- ja paloturvallisuuden sekä sähköturvallisuuden osalta. Maanrakennuksella oleva nykyinen kuorma-auto tienhoitovarustuksella on vuosimallia 2006, eikä täytä enää tämän päivän standardeja turvallisuuden, päästöjen ja varusteiden osalta. Lisäksi auton iän vuoksi sitä joudutaan huoltamaan ja korjaamaan paljon, että sitä voisi käyttää opetuksessa. Tämän vuoksi on lähdetty miettimään yhdessä kuorma-autojen- ja päällysrakentajien kanssa tämän päivän järkevintä ratkaisua auton rakentamiseen. Kuorma-autoa tarvitaan kaivos-, maanrakennus- ja infrarakentamisalan käytössä ja se toimisi myös edellä mainittujen alojen ammattipätevyys ajo-opetuksessa sekä tarvittaessa logistiikan ja metsäalan opetuksessa.
